Tools that hold the day together: worklist visibility, add-on handling, protocol assignment, and the scheduling decisions that determine whether a department runs on time or spends the afternoon recovering.
Software shaped around how technologists and coordinators actually move through a shift, rather than around how an administrative system prefers to record it.
Conversational AI for scheduling, reminders, and pre-exam instructions in the languages a patient population actually speaks — reducing no-shows and the phone volume that creates them.
In production
In daily use in a radiology department at a Northern California hospital. The platform coordinates exam scheduling, add-on requests, and modality workload across a working CT and ultrasound service, and was built and refined alongside the staff who use it.
Company
Nacavinco LLC is a California limited liability company. We build and license AI software for healthcare organizations, working from direct clinical experience rather than from the outside in — our founder works as a lead CT technologist and designs against the constraints of a real department.
The name comes from three middle names — Nathan, Camille, and Vincent. Vinco is Latin for “I conquer.” Together we conquer.
